Who can buy agricultural land in Karnataka?

Anyone can! Following the 2020 amendment to Sections 79A and 79B of the Karnataka Land Reforms Act, even non-farmers and salaried individuals are legally entitled to purchase and hold agricultural land in Karnataka.*
